Industry 5.0 pilot: prove it on one cell first

Our Industry 5.0 work uses adaptive, machine-based learning to keep robot paths, offsets and weave inside the window, so you don't spend weekends on the teach pendant. KUKA with Siemens TIA Portal was the prototype. We are expanding to Allen-Bradley, FANUC and ABB.

We'd rather show you than tell you. A pilot takes one cell and measures it honestly, before and after.

How a pilot works

  1. Pick the cell. Usually one with recurring weld or robot touchups.
  2. Measure the baseline. We agree on what to measure before we change anything.
  3. Make the improvement. On your floor, with your operators.
  4. Measure again. You see the before and after, whatever it shows.

Hands-free. Human in command.

The cell learns from its own cycle. Your people supervise; they don't babysit every joint.

Documenting the result

With your written permission, we would like to film the pilot. Nothing is published, and your plant is not named, without your written OK.
