What this covers

TS SlackerStack Portal (“the software”) is TS Controls’ internal desktop software for the company’s office work: contacts and leads, email, finance and social media. It is licensed only to TS Controls staff, for TS Controls’ own business. It isn’t sold or offered to anyone else.

Your license

• TS Controls lets its staff use the software on TS Controls computers, for TS Controls work, while they work for TS Controls. The license is personal and can’t be transferred.
• Don’t copy, share, sell, rent or lend the software, and don’t take it apart to get at its code, except where the law allows that anyway.
• TS Controls can end the license at any time. It ends on its own when you stop working for TS Controls.

QuickBooks, Facebook and Instagram

• The software connects to QuickBooks Online (Intuit) and to Facebook and Instagram (Meta) only when the account owner connects it.
• It reads QuickBooks data only after the account owner connects it.
• The software only reads from QuickBooks. It never creates or changes anything in QuickBooks and makes no payments.
• Nothing is posted to Facebook or Instagram until the account owner approves it in the software.
• Those services’ own terms apply to your use of them.

Your data

• The data the software works with stays on TS Controls’ own PC and in the services it’s connected to.
• Sign-in tokens for connected services are kept in the PC’s protected credential storage, never in plain files.
• TS Controls doesn’t sell this data or share it for advertising.
• To remove a connection, disconnect it in the software, or remove the app from the service itself. For Facebook and Instagram, see data deletion.

No warranty

The software is provided as it is, without any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty that it fits a particular purpose or is free of errors. As far as the law allows, TS Controls isn’t liable for any loss that comes from using the software or from being unable to use it.

QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. They are named here only to identify the services the software connects to.

TS Controls may update this license; the effective date at the top changes when it does. Questions go through our contact page.
