Industry 5.0
AI adaptive machine-based learning that optimizes the cell hands-free. The operator stays in the loop. The machine learns the process.
01
The process corrects itself. Second-pass grind-and-reweld is not a production plan.
02
Paths, offsets, and weave stay inside spec without a weekend on the teach pendant.
03
The cell learns from its own cycle. You supervise. You do not babysit every joint.
Prototype
KUKA was the prototype — integrated with Siemens TIA Portal, running hands-free optimization on the iron before we talked about rolling it out. That cell proved the method. The method is what we are expanding.
Adaptive machine-based learning watches the process, not a recording of last week’s path. Offsets, weave, and heat input stay inside the window without a technician on the pendant after every shift.
Now expanding
We are taking the same adaptive loop to every major platform we already program. Named now. Others to be named later.

The outcome
Industry 4.0 connected the cell. Industry 5.0 lets the cell learn — and keeps the people who own the line in the loop. That is the work.
