Platform, firmware, exact code, when it started, what changed, what you already swapped. One photo of the diagnostic buffer or HIM, not a mystery. No plant name, no IP, no customer part program. The Floor is for the cell. Control.com and r/PLC are extra eyes. Same rules there.
