WinCC Unified vs Comfort for a new line we have to support 15 years

Greenfield. TIA V19. Corporate wants Unified because the brochure. We have Comfort panels in two other halls and techs who know them. Unified runtime on a PC is a different animal. Who here actually commissioned Unified and still liked it a year later?

Comfort if the line is a line. Unified if you need HTML clients and a plant overlay. We shipped Unified once, spent the year on user rights and a PC image. Techs still ask for a physical panel they can reboot. Don't pick Unified to look current. Pick it if you have an IT partner who will own the PC.
