TP700, TIA V19, SiVArc built the graphic lists. One status icon is a cactus. Tag is an Int. Rebuild all didn't clear it. Is this a missing state, a broken PNG, or V19 being V19?

The cactus is the placeholder for an invalid selection. Your tag is sitting on a value the list does not own — usually 0. Add a graphic for 0, or hide the object when the tag is 0. Rebuild all, not a quick compile. Then download the panel, not only the PLC.
