SGT-100, original ROTEC cards, OEM says obsolete. We have two known-good spares. Plant wants a path that isn't a full turbine controls rip. What have you actually done that still started the machine next winter?

We sent one spare to a specialist repair house that still stuffs those boards, and we photographed every jumper. A full Mark conversion is a project, not a weekend. If you clone, treat it as a spare only — don't mix a cloned firmware personality with the OEM rack until you have a documented FAT.
