Industry 5.0 loop is on. Two weeks clean, then a 1.2 mm drift on the flange on shift 3. Tool load didn't change. Base calibration looks the same. Is this a TCP, a positioner, or the process heat?

Don't touch the path yet. Pull the last 200 cycles of TCP offset, gun water temp, and positioner encoder. Heat soak on shift 3 is usually the fixture, not the robot. If you want the adaptive loop to hold it, send the cell ID to sales@ts-controls.com and we will look at the learning window — not another weekend on the pendant.
