Not a brochure question. Eight KUKAs, one 1500, PROFINET IRT, weld timers. Adding two more arms. At what point did you split the PLC, and was it scan, safety, or just politics?

We split when safety zones or weld timers force a second owner, not at a magic robot count. Eight is fine if the IRT cycle is honest and the HMI is not polling every UDT. Ten with a Comfort panel on a 50 ms tag group is how the 1500 looks 'slow.' Send the cell map to sales@ts-controls.com — we'll tell you if the PLC is the bottleneck or the tag design.
