Three identical OEM panels, all 192.168.1.10. Plant backbone is 10.20.0.0. Vendor says NAT on a Stratix 5700 is 'how everyone does it.' I have been burned by NAT and MSG. Fight now, or NAT and document?

Re-IP if you own the skid. NAT if the OEM will void the warranty. If you NAT, one-to-one maps, no overlapping management VLAN, and never MSG through NAT to a produced tag. Put the translation table in the cell binder. Two years from now someone will add a fourth skid and copy the same 192.168.1.10.
