Screw feeder, 525, analog from CompactLogix. Fine at 20 Hz. At 0.5 Hz the motor rocks. Skip frequencies didn't help. Is this a carrier-frequency / auto-tune problem, or the screw is just a bad load for a 525?

0.5 Hz on a 525 is the bottom of the well. Static tune, then a rotating tune with the screw empty if the OEM allows it. Bump min freq so you aren't asking the drive to hold a load it can't observe. If you need true low-speed torque, that's a vector motor and a 755, not skip-freq theater.
