Kinetix 5700 following error on a hemming roller after a weekend power hit

ControlLogix L85, Studio 5000 v34. Axis was fine Friday. Monday it faults MAG following error on the first index. Brake looks good. Encoder cable was reseated. Scaling untouched. Where do you start without tearing the mechanical side apart?

Hook a scope on actual vs command in the motion trend. If the following error ramps with load, look at the load observer and the brake release delay in the axis. After a power hit we have also seen the drive lose the motor nameplate and run the wrong inertia. Compare the 5700 identity to last week's ACD.
