Custom ESP32 I/O brick fails ICT one board in twenty — what did you fixture?

Small OEM, ESP32-S3, custom analog front end. Functional test on the bench is green. In-circuit test fails a UART pin at volume. Fixtures, bed-of-nails, or a known-good golden unit? Not looking for a schematic — looking for a test order that doesn't scrap good boards.

Golden unit plus a fixture that hits power, crystal, and the analog reference before UART. One-in-twenty on a UART pin is often pogo wear or a ground that only exists on the bench lead. Log the fail with a photo of the fixture, not just a red cell in the sheet. Don't 'retest until pass.'
